Is Shibby RV Living a permanent residence?
No, Shibby RV Living is not a permanent residence. Guests may stay nightly, weekly, or monthly, but the park does not support long-term residency status. Tenants cannot use Shibby RV Living as a legal address for mail, official documents, or residency-related purposes. Our park is designed to offer extended stays and comfortable short-term living, not permanent housing.
Can I receive mail at Shibby RV Living?
Shibby RV Living accepts packages only. We do not accept standard mail under any circumstances. If mail is delivered to the park, it will be immediately returned to sender. This policy helps prevent misdeliveries and protects both guests and the property. Guests are encouraged to use a nearby PO Box or private mailbox service for letter mail.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time at Shibby RV Living is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-ins outside of posted hours must be pre-arranged with the office. What are the laundry facilities like?
Laundry facilities are available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Machines are coin and card operated. Guests are asked to wipe down machines after use and limit usage to two machines at a time when others are waiting. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments are accepted via card, cashier’s check, or money order. Card payments include a 3% processing fee. Rent not paid by the 3rd receives a late fee, and unpaid balances by the 5th switch to weekly billing. Non-payment may result in immediate eviction.
What happens if park rules are broken?
Violations may result in immediate removal from the property. Shibby RV Living strictly enforces policies to protect all tenants. Guests are responsible for visitors, pets, and their site condition. Vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense if parked improperly.
